The Dwinelle Hall Breakers are a group of breakers and a space that have been at UC Berkeley for over a decade and have always been about “building community, loving one another, and gaining strength from each other through our struggles in life and in the dance”. The Dwinelle Hall Breakers will be holding a date auction to raise money for a cross-California breaking competition–the first of its kind at Berkeley! These b-boys are “beautiful, funky, [and] ALL AROUND AWESOME”. Seriously though, they are. So come out and support this group of amazing people!

Stolen: Nụ Sen Trắng deals with the issue of human trafficking, an issue that is hard to talk about, to accept, and to understand, but it is an issue that exists in Vietnamese culture, in American culture, in all cultures. The story follows a young girl’s journey of struggles and allows for the discovery of an ugly truth, but a truth nonetheless.
Here’s the first video of a series of promotional videos for Stolen: Nụ Sen Trắng. Check it out, and stay tuned for future ones.
